Mode of Selection:
Selection will be based on performance in RRB CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 & Personal Interview.

IBPS Score Card (CWE) Details:
Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Online CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 should have obtained the scores as given in below table-

Required Age As on 01-06-2014:
For post 1 Candidates minimum age must not be less than 21 years & maximum age must not be more than 40 years.
For post 2, 3, 4 & 5 Candidates minimum age must not be less than 21 years & maximum age must not be more than 32 years.
For post 6 & 7 Candidates minimum age must not be less than 18 years & maximum age must not be more than 28 years .
( Upper Age Relaxation of 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ ST, 10 years for PH & Ex-Serviceman.

Essential Qualification:
For post 1 Degree in any discipline from recognized University or its equivalent with 50% marks aggregate. Preference will be given to candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation, IT, Management, Law and Accountancy. 5 years Experience as an Officer in Bank or Financial Institution.
For post 2 Degree in any discipline from recognized University or its equivalent with 50% marks aggregate. Preference will be given to Candidates having Degree in Banking, Finance, marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural marketing & Cooperation, IT, Management, Law and Accountancy. 2 years Experience as an Officer in Bank or Financial Institution.
For post 3 Degree from recognized University in Electronics/ Communication/ Computer Science/ IT or its equivalent with 50% marks aggregate & 1 year Experience. Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP ect is desirable.
For post 4 Degree from recognized University in Law or its equivalent with 50% marks aggregate & 2 years Experience as an Advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Bank or Financial Institution for not less than 2 year.
For post 5 Certified Associate  (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or MBA Finance from recognized University/ Institute & 1 year Experience.
For post 6 Degree in any discipline from recognized University or its equivalent. Preference will be given to Candidates having Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation, IT, Management, Law,Economics and Accountancy. Proficiency in Local Language, Computer knowledge or awareness will be added qualification.
For post 7 Degree in any discipline from recognized University or its equivalent & Proficiency in Local Language. Knowledge of Computer Skills is desirable.
