Govt. of India has planned to develop National Maritime Heritage Complex (NMHC) at Lothal. Lothal is one of the most prominent cities of the ancient Indus valley civilization, located in the Bhal region of the modern state of Gujarat and dating from 3700 BC. Lothal has world’s oldest (over 4600 years) old man made dockyard.

NMHC is being developed as international tourist destination, where the maritime heritage of India from ancient to modern times would be showcased with an edutainment approach using the latest technology adopted to spread awareness about India’s maritime heritage. NMHC comprises various unique structures such as National Maritime Heritage Museum (14 galleries: to exhibit the evolution of India’s Maritime Heritage during various eras), Light House Museum, Bagicha Complex, Heritage Theme Park, Museum Themed Hotels & Maritime themed eco-resorts, Maritime Institute Maritime & Naval Theme Park, Monuments Park, Climate Change Theme Park, Adventure & Amusement Theme Park etc.

B.E/ B.Tech (Civil Engg)

Experience – More than 15 years of experience in Project Formulation, Execution, Project Management of Large Building projects / Structures.

Manager (Finance)

Qualifications – CA/MBA (Finance) Experience – More than 10 years of experience as a financial manager preferably from infrastructure sector / museums / science centers etc.

Manager (Digital Technologies )

Post Graduate Degree in Computer Application/ Post Graduate Degree in Information Technology from a recognized University / Institution
OR
Master’s Degree in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Operations Research/Electronics with any one of the
following from a recognized University/Institution
i) Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology
ii) Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science
iii) Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application
Experience – 10 years experience in the related field with largescale content management systems and implementation of digital technologies.

Conservator

Master’s degree in Conservation from Institution of repute / Post Graduation with Chemistry as one of the subjects along with Diploma or Certificate in Conservation of Art Objects from NRLC or Institution of similar repute / Degree in Conservation of Antiquities. Art Objects or Objects of antiquarian value from National Museum Institute or Institution of similar repute and duly recognized by the State or the Central Government.
Essential Experience: 5 (five) years working experience as Conservator in a museum of repute, dealing in conservation of Art objects or Antiquities of different nature or working as Conservator in Heritage
