Mode of Selection:
Selection will be based on the performance of Candidates in Personnel Interview.

Required Age:
Candidates maximum age must not be more than 35 years as on 09/ 11/ 2015. (56 years for Transfer basis)

Essential Qualification:
For post 1 Candidate must have acquired Post Graduate from a recognized University or equivalent with 2 years Post Qualification Experience in the field of Personnel/ Administration/ Vigilance or Graduation from recognized University with 5 years Post Qualification Experience in the field of Personnel/ Administration/ Vigilance.Diploma in Personnel/ Marketing/ Purchase Management and working Experience in similar S & T organization is desirable.
For post 2 Candidate must have acquired 1st division in Diploma / Bachelor in Science/ Engineering in Electronics/ Computers/ Information Technology or equivalent in related field or possessing DOEACC ‘A’ level certificate with 1 year Experience in relevant field.
